Bolaking Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any bolaking services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bolaking ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of the bolaking platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bolaking platform or services. Continuing to use the platform after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
These Terms apply in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy bolaking, both of which form part of the complete agreement between the user and the platform.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
To register and use the bolaking platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.
- Not enrolled in any recognised self-exclusion programme.
- Provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Account Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. bolaking shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to adequately safeguard their account credentials.
Users must notify bolaking's support team immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. All information provided during registration and use of the platform is subject to Privacy Policy us.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
Users may use the bolaking platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes, including Sports Betting, casino games, and other activities offered by the platform. All use must comply with applicable local laws.
Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Registering more than one account or assisting others in circumventing account limits.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform.
- Committing fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without prior written approval from bolaking.
- Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
- Distributing offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Bolaking reserves the right to pursue legal action against users found to be in breach of these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the bolaking platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support deposits and withdrawals via recognised local payment methods including FPX, which enables direct transfers from your Malaysian bank account. No foreign currency conversion is applied for users in Malaysia.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Deposits are processed based on the selected method and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account in the registered user's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank details are accurate and up to date. bolaking is not liable for any delays or processing failures resulting from incorrect bank details provided by the user.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by bolaking are subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal limits stated separately at the time of activation. Misuse of promotional offers — including opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses — may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Termination
Bolaking reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or threats to system integrity. In cases of confirmed termination due to a breach of terms, account balances may not be refunded depending on the nature of the violation.
Limitation of Liability
Bolaking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical service disruptions, network failures, or factors beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and bolaking makes no warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, or availability of its services.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the bolaking platform are the exclusive property of bolaking or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of bolaking.
Third-Party Links
The bolaking platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes only. bolaking does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's terms of use and privacy policy separately.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend
Bolaking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via platform notification or registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where circumstances require immediate action.
It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last modified. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the processes prescribed under applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
